revolutionary experience

The most unique part of BASEcamp is something we call Design-Your-Experience (DYE).

"Lead me, guide me, walk beside me.  Help me find the way."

The BASEcamp way: With the help of young adult Guides, youth collaborate with other youth in planning and setting a large part of their own agendas. You make the decisions, you call the shots, and most importantly, YOU make the difference.  Bring your ideas and lets change the world for Good!

here's the big difference

We're not afraid to get our shoes dirty.  We don't sit around much because we're out DOING!

Your adventure awaits!

We don't just read and study scriptures, we go out and live them!

The BASEcamp way: We'll help you recognized how your talents, skills, and things you like to do, can also lift and strengthen others around you.  You don't have to go far to find a way to make a difference.

"Turn your soul toward the light.  Begin your own wonderful journey home.  As you do so, your life will be better, happier, and more purposeful."  (Dieter F. Uchtdorf)

Summits

sum·mit  \ ˈsə-mət \

1: the top or apex; the highest point

2: the topmost level attainable

3a: the highest level of officials

  b: a conference of highest-level

PLEASE NOTE:  all Summits are now "provide your own" housing.  Many of you have friends and family members in locations where BASEcamp is offered.  Finding your own lodging will be more cost efficient and allow you additional opportunities "after hours" to explore activities in the area, or gather with family and friends.  The daily BASEcamp schedule is 9:00am until 8:00pm, except for Friday which ends with a closing ceremony beginning at 6:00pm. (Check-in Monday is 1:30pm)

"be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only" (james 1:22)

The BASEcamp experience has been designed for all youth ages 13-18 years-old (13 by September 30). If you feel your child is mature enough to begin earlier than 13, please contact us so we can make sure the BASEcamp experience is a good fit.
